Sagebrush Corporate Solutions is a Wyoming commercial registered agent and corporate formation service based in Cheyenne. We help domestic and international founders form, maintain, and protect Wyoming business entities — LLCs, corporations, nonprofits, and DAOs.

We’re not a national chain. We don’t operate in 50 states. We do one thing well: Wyoming.

Who We Are

Deanna founded Sagebrush Corporate Solutions to give Wyoming founders and international clients a better alternative to the national filing factories. She is a Wyoming-commissioned notary public and manages every aspect of the business — from formation filings and registered agent service to remote notarization and apostille facilitation.

Deanna has lived in Cheyenne, Wyoming since 2021. Prior to that, she was in the hotel business, and also founded a privacy-first bitcoin mining company: Distributed Hash.
