This Privacy Policy explains how Sagebrush Corporate Solutions LLC, also doing business as Wyo Remote Notary ("Sagebrush," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects personal information.

1. Information we collect

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
  • Entity information: company name, filing details, principal and mailing addresses, and for each owner, name, email, address, and percentage of ownership.
  • Notarization information: government-issued identification presented during a session, identity-verification results, the documents notarized, notary journal entries, and the audio-video recording of the session, as Wyoming law requires.
  • Documents you send us for filing, notarization, certification, or apostille.
  • Payment information: processed by Stripe or our BTCPay Server. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.
  • Website data: basic analytics and cookies used by our website platform.

2. How we use it

We use personal information to provide the services you request, file documents with government offices, act as your registered agent and forward legal notices, perform and record notarizations, ship documents, send invoices, renewal and annual-report reminders, respond to inquiries, meet legal and record-keeping duties, and send occasional newsletters you can unsubscribe from at any time.

3. How we share it

We share information only as needed to deliver our services: with the Wyoming Secretary of State and other government offices (some filings become public records); with shipping carriers; and with service providers that support our business, such as payment processors, e-signature, video-conferencing, email, website, and customer-management providers. We do not sell personal information.

4. Retention

We keep notary journals and session recordings for the period Wyoming notary law requires, registered agent records for the life of the engagement plus the period required by law, and other records only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

5. Security

We use encrypted platforms, access controls, and two-factor authentication on the systems that hold client information. No system is perfectly secure, so please send sensitive documents only through the secure methods we provide.

6. Your choices

You may ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
