Refund Policy

Registered agent service

Annual and prepaid registered agent fees are due in advance and are non-refundable, including on early termination, transfer to another agent, or dissolution of your entity. The only exception is if Sagebrush resigns as your registered agent during a paid period for a reason other than your failure to keep your contact information current. In that case we refund the unused portion. You may end service with 30 days' written notice.

State and government fees

Fees paid to the Wyoming Secretary of State or other government offices are non-refundable once submitted.

Notarization

If you cancel a notary session before it takes place, we refund your payment in full. Once the session has been held, fees are non-refundable, including when the session ends because the signer's identity could not be verified.

Apostille facilitation and shipping

The facilitation fee is earned once documents are submitted to the Apostille Division. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a package is with the carrier.

Formation packages

If you cancel before we file your formation, we refund the package fee in full. Once the formation is filed, package fees are non-refundable.

Bitcoin payments

Refunds are calculated in U.S. dollars. If refunded in Bitcoin, the amount is converted at the BTC/USD rate in effect at the time of the refund.
