Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.sagebrushcs.com and the services of Sagebrush Corporate Solutions LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that also does business as Wyo Remote Notary ("Sagebrush," "we," "us"). By using our website or ordering a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide Wyoming registered agent service, business entity formation and filing services, remote online notarization by a Wyoming-commissioned notary, apostille facilitation, certified-record retrieval, and related document and shipping services. A separate written agreement (such as our Registered Agent Services Agreement) governs specific services. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.
2. Not a law firm
Sagebrush is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. Templates, checklists, and general information we provide are not a substitute for advice from an attorney or CPA licensed in your jurisdiction. A notary public may not give legal advice or prepare legal documents for you.
3. Your responsibilities
You agree to give us complete and accurate information, to keep your contact information current, and to tell us promptly in writing of any change. You are responsible for the content of documents you ask us to file, notarize, or submit for apostille, and for confirming that a document meets the requirements of the country or agency that will receive it.
4. Registered agent service
As registered agent we accept service of process and official state notices on your entity's behalf at our Wyoming registered office and forward them to the contact you designate. Registered agent service does not include maintaining your entity's charter, paying state fees, holding meetings, or preparing resolutions unless you buy a plan or service that expressly includes them.
5. Remote online notarization
Remote notarizations are performed by a Wyoming-commissioned notary using a state-approved, recorded audio-video platform. Signers must present acceptable government-issued identification and complete identity verification. The notary may refuse to notarize if identity cannot be verified, the signer appears to lack understanding or willingness, or the document is incomplete. Each notarization is recorded and logged as Wyoming law requires.
6. Apostilles and government processing
Apostilles, certified copies, and filings are issued by the Wyoming Secretary of State or other government offices. We submit and retrieve documents promptly, but we do not control government processing times, rejections, or the acceptance of a document by a foreign authority. Shipping times depend on the carrier.
7. Fees and payment
Prices are listed on our website or in your quote or agreement. State fees and shipping are passed through at cost unless a package states otherwise. Fees are due in advance. We accept credit and debit cards and ACH through Stripe, and Bitcoin through our BTCPay Server. Bitcoin payments are valued in U.S. dollars at the BTC/USD rate published by Kraken at the time of payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid us for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide, your failure to update contact information, government or carrier delays, or a third party's refusal to accept a document.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Laramie County, Wyoming, or the Wyoming Chancery Court where it has jurisdiction.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Changes do not affect services already paid for.
